IKO designed this new iconic building in the Cloche d'Or with the well-being of its occupants in mind.
Its special feature is that it is made of wood, with a load-bearing facade designed like an exoskeleton.

The different types and ambiances of these spaces encourage collective emulation, leading to greater creativity.
Concerned about our carbon footprint, EKXO has been designed for minimum impact. This carbon weight is based on the BREEAM LCA methodology.
Basic technical installations such as lighting, blinds and temperature control, access control equipment and elevators all communicate with each other via a dedicated IT network, and are designed to keep pace with digital developments.
The Cloche d'Or's ideal location at the entrance to Luxembourg City makes it the new place to do business with a strong environmental commitment.
Numerous shops, restaurants and other services are nearby.
EKXO is easily accessible by car via the freeways, but also by train and soon by streetcar.
For bicycle travel, there are 2 Vel'OH stations just 5 minutes from ekxo. Charging stations for electric bikes are also available to building occupants. Car-sharing is promoted by a nearby Flex-Carsharing station. Electric car recharging is also assured with the provision of numerous charging stations.
