Maria Pla Gandia

Maria joined CBRE in 2023 as an ESG-Sustainability consultant. Advises and supports developers, investors and occupiers on the ESG and sustainability aspects of their strategies, buildings and workplaces.

Before joining CBRE she gained experience in the fields of construction, architecture and environmental certification. In the past four years she worked on energy assessments and conducted analysis to certify buildings with the BREEAM New Development and BREEAM In Use certification.

Maria has a degree in Building Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has also completed training at the BRE Academy where she became BREEAM NC Assessor.
