Isabelle Vandeur

Isabelle has more than 17 years of experience in corporate real estate. She joined CBRE in 2006 and became a Senior Director within the Advisory & Transaction Services business line in 2011. She is focussed on streamlining all services which CBRE offers to real estate occupiers (as tenants or owners). She specialised in the asset class of offices, including the flexible office sector, and helps companies to create a strategy and vision for their workspaces. She provides a consultative approach to service throughout the evolution of a client’s real estate strategy. This can be a stay vs move project, disposing of surplus space, implementing hybrid working policies, benchmarking exercises or seeking recommendations to optimise the clients portfolio.
Isabelle offers local knowledge with access to the international strength of the CBRE network.

She has a Master degree in Commercial Sciences (2000) and a Master in Real Estate from the Antwerp Management School, AMS (2005).
