Clémence Lett

Clémence is currently Director of Advisory & Transaction Services – Investor Leasing at CBRE Luxembourg. In this role, she leads the department responsible for representing landlords in the commercialization of office buildings across Luxembourg. Her responsibilities include advising clients on leasing strategies, managing a diverse portfolio of office assets and development projects, and negotiating lease and sale agreements with both national and international companies. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Investor Leasing team, drives business development initiatives, and ensures the effective execution of building mandates.

Clémence holds an Executive Master in Future-Proof Real Estate from Solvay Brussels School, a program that deepened her expertise in emerging real estate trends, sustainability, and innovation. This academic achievement has enriched her strategic perspective and complements her practical experience in the Luxembourg market. Since joining CBRE Luxembourg in 2019 as a Junior Consultant, she has steadily advanced through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in office leasing and landlord representation. Her progression to Director reflects not only her technical knowledge but also her strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. This combination of academic insight and professional growth enables her to deliver comprehensive, forward-thinking advisory services to a wide range of clients, both local and international.
