The project Unicity, which is planned to be delivered in 2025, will be located in the heart of the new Hollerich, a district which will undergo a complete transformation, thanks to the developments of the groups Heintz van Landewyck and Paul Wurth, of du groupe Paul Wurth, and other very vast projects, as for instance the Cité de la Sécurité Sociale.
